Airship
Extraordinaire
Science
comes alive!
In
his high-energy , interactive program, "Airship
Extraordinaire", the Professor demonstrates
scientific principles, such as neutral buoyancy, ballast
and jet propulsion. His young audience is enthralled when
he builds a giant blimp, up to 50-ft that actually flies.
This wonderful program is filled with comedy, action and
stories. Kids hardly realize how much they're learning;
they just think they're having fun!

Contagious!
"What
a great lineup of programs. Teaching kids the basics of
science while making things out of regular objects. More
impressive is Mark's ability to instill self-esteem and
let everyone know that they can "Look, Learn, and Do"! His
enthusiasm is contagious and everyone gets in on the act.
Even the parents enjoyed it!"

"Totally
Engaging!"
" Mark
Icanberry's exciting hands-on 'build-a-blimp' project was
totally engaging to our kindergartners through first graders.
The concept of neutral buoyancy came alive as the children
connected balloons to sticks and then added weight to the
ballast and watched the remarkable fifty-foot blimp sail
through the auditorium. Mark's positive energy and thoughtful
questioning helped the children understand the scientific
method of inquiry. The children went home very excited to
share their experiences with their families and to start
working on their science fair projects. It was great to
have a children's book author inspire the use of everyday
objects to create wild and wonderful experiments. It was
definitely a stimulating program!"
